I’m a gentle but spirited soul with a thrill for mastery challenges. I like focusing on what’s actionable, although I can galdly indulge the occasional philosophical talk over a warm cup of coffee. I am my best self when I’m surrounded by individuals that balance a light-hearted approach with a genuine commitment to personal growth. A good sense of humor is of course always welcomed.

Having worked in various mid and large-sized international companies, I have built myself upwards and worked alongside professionals of different levels across different organizational setups and industries, including IT, Oil & Gas, FMCG, etc. Working in HR specifically has given me the opportunity to partner with managers and non-managers alike and understand their motivations, concerns and aspirations. For me, this partnership stretches beyond the HR sphere and represents the gift I want to bring to people through coaching.
