Let’s talk Mastery.

Fundamentals

  • Each of us has a built-in, natural learning capacity that we can expand through repetitive practice.

  • Learning is more effective and long-lasting when its individualized rather than programmatic.

  • We are best at learning when we figure it out on our own rather than by following external instructions.

By 2025 it is estimated that 75% of the global workforce will be millenials - one of the most studied but at the same time less understood generations among us.

Many of us millenials grew up believing that we can have it all. Why? Because we are born in the era of fast information where you can learn and access anything on demand… Because quick adaptation and challenging convention are second nature to us… Because we are smart, resourceful and hardworking and we see that our contributions are crucial to humanity's most daunting challenges.

Yet, these characteristics don’t make millenials immune to feeling bewildered and uninspired in a wildly unpredicatable reality.

Who is your workforce?

In fact, it is when we strive for excellence that we need most support from our employers, our peers, our coaches and our mentors.

We don’t always know upfront what mastery and excellence mean for us professionally - which is completely normal. All that we need to know at first is that to achieve mastery, we need the right balance between support and challenge… We need to be in an environment where we can safely meet our minds and confront our blind spots… We need dynamic and energizing conversations and the pieces will then gradually fall into place.

My clients are small businesses and entrepreneurs. I help high-potential professionals simplify complicated thoughts and concerns around their work and use them to fuel a tangible and focused way forward. My superpower is my ability to be fully present in each moment and only engage my coachees in thoughts and actions that can be influenced by their personal activity, through design-thinking.

By bridging Psychology and Business competencies, I bring to my coaching a well-rounded perspective as I place work-related topics within the wider context of the human condition. Doing so allows my coachees to set wholesome goals with long-lasting impact and maximize their coaching ROI.
